Innovative Quality Partners began its journey in 2000. In 2016, Jeremy Browne took over ownership and has overseen operations, ever since. Jeremy is an AS9100 and ISO 9001 auditor who has spent over 10 years working with companies, providing QMS auditing and consulting services. During that time, he created close relationships with his clients, learning about their unique advantages, strengths, struggles, goals, and complexities. Each company he worked with was unique, with specific goals, issues, and strategies to be taken into consideration when setting up a unique quality management system for them.

When planning and creating quality management system processes for his clients he would try to understand and leverage the client’s unique strengths, while minimizing issues. This level of customization and detail normally takes significantly longer and can be difficult, which is why most consultants don’t do it. In the early years Jeremy would often spend twice the amount of billable time designing custom processes at his own cost, but in the end, it was always worth it. As the years progressed, Jeremy found that he could make custom processes in less time than it took many consultants to fill in generic templates. Innovative Quality Partners is built on this core value that “when you do things the right way, every time, you soon find that you can do it more quickly and efficiently than those who do things the wrong way.”

Over the years, Innovative Quality Partners has grown into a team of highly skilled expert consultants. Each of whom, bring unique and specialized expertise to the projects they work on. Innovative Quality Partners understands that each project has a desired completion date, and having a team allows project managers to achieve these schedules.
